1. No Refund Policy: Once payment for a consultation call has been made, it is non-refundable. I do not offer refunds for consultation fees under any circumstances.
2. Payment for Time, not Content: The payment made for a consultation call covers the time allocated for the session and does not guarantee specific outcomes or content. While in the calls, I will make every effort to provide valuable advice and guidance, the payment is primarily for the time dedicated to addressing your concerns or providing expert insights.
3. Commitment to Quality: I strive to deliver the highest quality consultation services. However, the outcome and satisfaction from the consultation call may vary based on individual circumstances and expectations.
4. Scheduling and Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a consultation call, please inform me at least a day before the scheduled session. I will make every effort to accommodate your request, depending on the availability.
5. No-Show Policy Rule: In the event of you failing to attend a scheduled 1:1 session without prior notification, a one-time rescheduling opportunity will be provided - depending on my schedule. If the participant misses the rescheduled session as well, they will be required to purchase an additional session for further engagement.
